Representatives of the Management Board and representative unions signed today the new Collective Agreement for Petrokemija, Plc. The previous Collective Agreement expired on June 30 of this year, and the new one is concluded for a certain period until December 31, 2023.

In relation to the previous Collective Agreement for Petrokemija, Plc. the changes are as follows:

• the employer undertakes to pay all workers a one-time salary supplement for the year 2023. in the total amount of EUR 350.00 by January 15, 2024.
• MB and representative unions will start negotiations on the proposal of the new Collective Agreement, submitted on June 1, 2023. by the representative unions, during November 2023.
• the provisions of the Collective Agreement are harmonized with the Labor Law and other legal regulations.
